What happens on day 15?
Your calculator page stays online and keeps quoting — it does not vanish and it is not taken down. What stops is lead capture: a new quote request is refused until you pick a plan, and your dashboard becomes read-only, so you can still see every lead and rate you had. Nothing is deleted. AI auto-reply and chat stop too, since those are Pro features.
What does the trial include?
It is not limited. Every Pro feature is unlocked for the full 14 days on either plan — AI replies, automation, branded quotes, all of it — with no credit card to begin and no quote cap. Claim your directory profile first and you get 30 days instead of 14.
Will my customers see QuoteFleet’s branding?
By default a small “Powered by QuoteFleet” line sits in your calculator’s footer. On either paid plan — Vital or Pro — you can switch it off from your dashboard, and during the trial you already can. Quote PDFs differ: on Pro they carry no QuoteFleet mark; on Vital the PDF keeps that same small line.
Do I need a website?
No. Your calculator is a hosted page on a link of your own, so it works as your quoting page whether or not you have a site — put it in an email signature, on a card, or behind an ad. If you do have a site, the same calculator embeds into it, and a custom domain is a Pro feature.
Is my rate data private?
Your rate card never leaves the server: what your customer’s page sends them is a price, not your rates. Every record is scoped to your own account, nothing of yours is listed publicly unless you switch that on, and we do not train AI models on your rates or leads. You can also lock the whole calculator so only people with an invite link can open it.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No card to get started — just your email. You explore QuoteFleet in full first. A card is only ever kept on file so your service continues seamlessly if you decide to stay, and you can add it whenever you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
